Even though our Calendar Girl opportunity is now officially closed that doesn't mean we don't have a need for more pinups! We do a variety of shoots throughout the year that are not associated with the calendar in addition to hosting events. We always enjoy receiveing emails from women who want to be involved! • 4-5 current photos (they do not have to be professional shots, but must include at least 1 full body image)

• Tell us a bit about yourself. What inspired you to be a pinup girl, why do you want to represent PU4AC, if you have been affected by mental illness, suicide or any other battles?

• You must be located or willing to travel to Los Angeles, Miami, Milwuakee or Toronto. Please indicate your location.
